Conveying a hike letter to your reportee is a tough thing these days. Indian Prime Minister did it from the Red Fort on Independence day and below is another PM (Project Manager) doing it!
Must be tough as a Project Manager these days. Looks like you just finished a discussion on hike letter with your reportee!!!

You wanted to implement 5S in Lab as part of Lean initiative? This guy seem to be an expert in 5S and has been doing for years!!!
